Happy Action Theater

Happy Action Theater (AKA Kinect Party) is a playful computer vision experience released for XBOX 360 in 2012.

Before launch, we dragged an Xbox, Kinect, and capture rig across the street to Bar Basic so strangers could road-test the minigames in the wild. Huge thanks to the crew there—and to everyone who jumped in on a whim—for helping us dial in the party vibe. (There’s more history and community fun on the Facebook page.)
